This site is run by Blank Cartridge Games LLC, based in Washington, USA (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or sign up for our newsletter, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we collect your email address. That is all we ask for.
• Anonymous visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages and referring sites are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not identify you personally.

We do not sell anything on this site and we do not collect payment details.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send you news about Chip Sweeper and our other games. We rely on your consent: you choose to subscribe, and you confirm your subscription by clicking a link in a confirmation email. We never sell or rent your email address.

Services we use

• EmailOctopus stores our subscriber list and sends our emails. The sign-up form on this site is provided by EmailOctopus.
• Cloudflare provides our anonymous visit statistics.

These services may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Our analytics are cookie-free, so there is no cookie banner.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.

Your choices and rights

• Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click removes you.
• You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@blankcartridgegames.com.
• If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site and newsletter are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the newsletter.
